1. Terms and Conditions

• Introduction: WOW Factor Moments provides event planning, custom cakes, and luxury organic balloon services in the Bay Area, CA. By booking services with us, you agree to our policies, terms, and conditions.

• Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older to book services.

2. Booking and Payment Policy

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your event date and service arrangements.

• Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than one month prior to the event.

• Accepted Payments: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Zelle, Klarna & Affirm

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made at least within 24hr from booking event will be eligible for a full refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

• Cancellation by WOW Factor Moments: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or may reschedule at no extra cost.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may request to reschedule their event up to 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within this timeframe may incur additional fees.

5. Custom Cake Policy

• Any photos submitted will be used as inspiration to custom cake design

• Allergies and Dietary Preferences: Our cakes are made in a facility that handles common allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary preferences when ordering, though we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

• Pickup and Delivery: We offer free delivery within a 40-mile radius of 94591. Delivery beyond this range may incur additional charges.

6. Luxury Organic Balloon Services Policy

• Setup and Removal: Balloon installations are set up at least 3 days before the event. We require access to the venue for setup and, if necessary, for removal afterward.

• Outdoor Events: Organic balloons are biodegradable but may be affected by weather conditions. We recommend sheltered areas for outdoor installations to maintain quality.

• Damage or Vandalism: WOW Factor Moments is not responsible for damages to balloons after setup due to weather, guest interaction, or vandalism.

7. Event Planning Services Policy

• Client Consultation: An initial consultation will be held to discuss event requirements, themes, and preferences. This includes discussing timelines, venue access, and other logistics.

• Coordination with Vendors: We coordinate with vendors, ensuring all details are in place, but WOW Factor Moments is not liable for vendor cancellations or issues beyond our control.

8. Privacy Policy

• Information Collection: We collect personal information necessary to complete bookings and process payments securely. We respect your privacy and do not share your data with third parties without consent.

• Security: Payment details are encrypted and handled through secure third-party services.

9. Liability Waiver

• WOW Factor Moments is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during or after the event, including those related to food allergies, balloons, or venue conditions. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all guests.

10. Photo and Video Policy

• By booking with us, you agree that WOW Factor Moments may use photos and videos of our services (cakes, balloon installations, event setups) for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please let us know in advance.
